The container will allow deliveries from the growers with up to 10 different temperature sensitive products on the same vehicle, in separate containers. This means you can deliver vegetables and fruit on the same truck without risking a break in the cold chain even while at dockside. No need for costly refrigerated/reefer trucks for cold storage deliveries. Any common carrier, such as a flat-bed, box van or small trailer can make temperature sensitive deliveries with substantial cost savings. With up to 100 hours hold time capabilities the self-powered container will eliminate spoilage loss and assure chain of custody accuracy.
